I'm on day 5 of re-induction and no induction flu as of yet! All the other times I've re-started induction I've gotten the flu so I guess I should count my blessings this time around...unless it's planning to pop up in a few days time!!
I actually took about 3 - 4 months of a break from really thinking about Atkins, because I found myself in a real rut going off and on the plan and it was beginning to drive me crazy. So I decided to just stay off it and not think about things, until after the New Year started.
I wonder if this is a good or bad sign that there is no induction flu......
I got my Induction flew on about day7 or 8....it was in the form of a great headache I got while going to bed and it was pounding pretty bad. It was gone by morning, but it wa sstill achy, and I was dizzy when I tried to get out of bed. So I didn't! I just snacked on healthy stuff and stayed in bed watching movies and called in sick to work.
Good luck on feeling good!

I've been lucky too... no induction flu here either. Were you a big caffeine drinker before you started? I was wondering if that had something to do with it, no caffeine withdrawal means an easier time with the induction flu? Just an idea!
