    I need your help...

I was wondering if any of you know a good low carb sausage (breakfast).
Also, if you can suggest a fun but not too advanced workout that I can do at home? Aong the lines of Richard Simmons (embarrassing but I know many of you have tried him too lol).

    Thanks ,
    Tara

Hmm, as for the sausage, I can't help you...

But workouts! That's something I love to talk about! I'm not sure if you're looking for something low-impact, or something dance-y or what...and yes I used to do Sweating to the Oldies with my mom! <blushing>

I'm a kickboxing fan, so I LOVE Billy Blanks' Tae Bo workouts. They have beginner, advanced, 10-minute, whatever you want. It's an energetic workout that really makes you sweat. I also like the New York City Ballet workout, and Winsor Pilates.

As for stuff that's more "fun" than exercise...I'm not the best judge of that! I'm sure someone will be around to help!

As far as sausage goes...I would stay away from any made by big chain grocery stores or brand name sausages as they all have additives that are not atkins friendly. What I found best is to find a small local grocery story that makes their own sausage as it tends to be pure pork. We have a Foodland in the part of the city I live in and they make them with no additives...just pork. I've noticed the same thing in other community grocery stores...that would be the best choice.

      Best of luck!

Walk Away the Pounds is a great easy workout! I have the one-mile (about 15 minutes), 2-mile (about 30 minutes) and 3 mile (about 45 minutes). Very easy moves and some of them with light weights. A great starting point!

I'm confused on the sausage, actually. Jimmy Dean sausage claims zero carbs (i think some of the different flavors may have a couple) on the nutrition chart, but list sugar and corn syrup in the ingredients. I eat it anyway, it doesn't affect me that I can pinpoint. I think it says that the whole roll of sausage contains less than 1% of sugar or something. Just keep reading labels, that's the best advice I can give.
