  • skipping induction...

Has anyone skipped induction? I am thinking about skipping it and just jumping on into p-2. Phase one seems to bore me food wise..., any thoughts.

Well, you won't shock your system into burning fat as it's primary source of fuel, you won't go into ketosis as fast, and your appetite won't dramatically decrease if you don't do induction. All that stuff will happen eventually, it'll just take longer.

If you are slow to lose weight or stall later on you will always wonder if it was because you didn't do the induction. It's just two/three weeks to phase 2, not worth skipping IMO.

Yeah, I'm with Grant. At least take the time to jumpstart your body into ketosis and then go into P2 directly after if nothing else.
