    How is everyone doing?? Getting those veggies in? Water intake up to par?
    Exercise going strong? All these things work together to help you lose weight. Don't cut yourself short! Get them all in!

    Hubby jumped up and clapped and hollered yesterday when I told him I had done a yoga exercise tape ( I could not make myself get on the gazelle - what's wrong with me???) He scared me to death.. but it felt good to have someone rooting for me.

    Water - going down
    Foods - in check
    exercise - will do!

    Hey! I am here!

    I am doing pretty good with the veggies...ate 2 cups of spinach, some red pepper, a half-cup of pumpkin, a half-cup of green beans and a half-cup of mashed cauliflower! I love getting so many servings in!

    I have been doing pretty good with the water but maybe could do a little better.

    Exercise, well I went to the gym yesterday but only did the stairmaster. I was just too pooped after that to lift weights. I think once I up my carbs a little more, I'll be able to do as much exercise as I was a few weeks ago. Hey, at least I am getting myself to the gym, right?
