    hello all just checkin in the day before my weigh in... my big weigh in the 3 week mark... my special person in my life laughs when i go on the scale she says im to serious like im weighing in for a fight!!!!!!!! but in all seriousness im nervous!!! i know when i do this weigh of eating and exercise i want results i know they will come but im very needy... ive been doing great at the gym have went 21 days in a row since the day i joined not missed one day i hope i keep losing i think i set my goals way to high wich makes me fall back and get off this woe. i lost 22 on induction and wanted to be down to 320 tommorow according to my calendar lets hope all goes well... i will post after my weigh in ....talk to you all tomorrow

    Hey BigJay! Best of luck tomorrow. With the work you've been putting into this, I don't see any reason you can't reach your goals. You did great during induction and I'm sure you'll have done great this week. The more you have to lose, the more that seems to come off in the initial weeks. So don't be surprised if you're down a lot. On the flip side, you've put a lot of work in at the gym, so don't be too down if it's not what you expected. Just keep plugging along. One tip you probably already know...weigh first thing in the morning... Keep us posted!

      Hello BigJay! You're definitely on the right track! Your gym record has been fantastic. I find that I have to give myself very small goals at the gym, such as only going in for a half an hour at least 3 times a week. I usually end up going more and staying more and that helps me psychologically. But 21 days in a row! Wow! You body has probably built up a lot of muscle mass, so don't be disappointed if your pounds lost are not what you thought they might be! I know I've gone down two sizes in 3 weeks, but have only lost 3 lbs because of my time spent at the gym. Good luck--it's so nice to see someone so pumped up to get healthy!

        thanks higgie and pigs!!!!!!!! i know i will be ok. i lost 100 pounds back in 2002 so i know i can do it again.. yea im a maniac at the gym but all i do is cardio for now... when i get down to under 300 im gonna hit the weights but many reps and no bulky stuff... im really proud of myself this time around since gaining all my weight back ive tried this about 100 times literally every other day was day one but now when i wake up tomorrow 21 days in the books... i think regardless of my weigh in tomorow im gonna do one more week of induction that will make one month... and a quick question is 20 pounds a month a far fetched goal???? i have my calender set up for 15 pounds a month but i want to push it to 20...lololololol well once again thanks ill be on tommorow morning to post after the gym!!!!!!! thanks

          Jason, it's all good! Look at all you have...the scales are sooo unpredictable be glad be very glad you are not a woman!!!! Your goals will just be easier to meet...Good luck tomorrow, keep your expectations low...I always get nervous and pick small numbers and am always surprised...sometimes I swear I've gained water weight and expect it...and sometimes it's there...what a bummer, again, be very glad are not a woman!!!

          Keep up the good work at the gym, the good eats, and big water...and you are sure to reach your goals...DON"T LET ANYTHING STOP YOU...
