Hi Jason, just wanted to say i think your doing great, and all that working out means your building more muscle which i think is more important than how many pounds you lose all together!!!!

      Re: 3 week weigh in

The first 2 weeks are where you're going to lose the most...and 2 lbs for one week is still an awesome loss! Just think...that's 7000 calories of stored body fat completely gone...vanished...never to be seen again. Also remember that working out and exercising can cause water retention...you may just see a huge woosh in the near future once your body lets go!

Weight loss isn't easy or fast, but I can tell that you have the commitment and will stick to it. Hang in there and after a few months you won't recognize yourself in the mirror!

      Best of luck!

        Hey, Jason,

Just keep in mind how you feel, how your clothes feel, and how you look. If those are all better, then great. The scale is just a number (I know, trust me I am a scale slave, as bad as can be, and I also get discouraged by the numbers). But also know this as I lost weight I was thinning much faster than the scale said. I was wearing clothes that I could not wear 50 pounds lighter.

        Good luck!

JAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Great Job! Really, after a great induction loss such as yours, your body was bound to "adjust" this week - no need to be confused - it's totally normals and you are doing just GREAT! Keep it up and you'll see yourself shrinking every day! Also, don't forget to take your measurements if you haven't already - sometimes that will keep your mind right when that silly old scale doesn't seem to be cooperating! Congrats on the 2 pounds and keep up the good work!!!

Jason! You are doing great! Make sure to take your measurements, chest, waist, thighs, arms....you are loosing fat, and it will show up big time in loss of inches...and remember, you are building muscle in your legs as you do cardio...
Muscle and fat weight the same, but they DON'T TAKE UP THE SAME SPACE, which is why the clothes will feel better and better...and the scale may not move!!! The inches will melt, because YOU ARE MELTING THE FAT OFF YO SELF!
You are one mean machine, KEEP IT UP!

Hey don't worry about it--you're definitely going to get there. You and I are both three weeks in and I just barely showed a five pound loss this week (then the next day it was three pounds heavier again!). I know it's because I'm working out a lot and building muscle mass. With you working out for 21 days in a row--believe me, you're gaining muscle mass as well!
