So after lots of sucess 3 years ago on this diet (110pd loss) I am back again to take the weight off once and for all. I'm a youth minister and I have turned my weight loss into a fundraiser for my kids, each pound that I lose they are collecting per pound pledges. So this time I definetly have lots of teenagers on my case about staying on track. So this first week I have been hitting the gym hard and eating right and I have lost 14pds in the first week, I am so excited, now at that pace, I'll be at goal really soon...lol.

Re: Week One
Great job! Fourteen pounds is pretty exciting! Smart thinking to provide yourself with some external motivation with the kids...I bet they'll keep you on track!
