  • Support please:)

Hello everyone...I'm in need of some serious support here. I went off Atkins on my trip to Philly for New Years and guess who hasn't got back on yet....ME!!! That was the biggest mistake I have made in a looooong time. Anyhow, I'm restarting tomorrow (for real this time because I've been saying that for weeks) and I need a little motivational support. I haven't weighed myself because I don't want to see how much I've gained...luckily I know I'm not where I was when I first started. Any support you guys can give would be great! Thanks for letting me whine a bit

    Re: Support please

Well, I just started back last Tueaday and I'm 5 pounds down as of today ( I know the loss will slow) and boy do my clothes fit differently. Plus I feel great, not bloated, and seem to have more energy.

The feeling of accomplishment from sticking to a goal is the best!

I bet you have felt all these your last try....remember because it is motivating!

    Good luck and keep posting.

Hey, we've all been there, that's why we're in this forum. You simply have only the choice of try try again. Good job on getting started. just think how good you'll feel by the end of the week! That's what I always look for. It seems like every weekend, my clothes feel better and better, since I always wear the same pants at work during the week.

Look at the before and after pictures, that always gives me motivation!
