Dude - 2 pounds a week is nothin' to be pi$$ed off about! It might pick right up for you in the next couple of weeks - not uncommon to slow down for a couple weeks following induction...I think you are doing GREAT! And think of it this way...at 2 pounds a week - in just one short year you would have lost 104 pounds! That's awesome! Keep your chin up. That scale is just trying to mess with your head. Have you measured??? I bet the inches are flying off of you, gym-guy!

Jason! stay focused, stay calm, don't worry about it, you are sooo on the downward spiral of weight loss, hang tough and don't give up the control and over eat or eat stuff that will absolutely turn off the fat burner and cause you to again start storing fat....don't do it!!!!!! Don't give up ketosis just cause you are pissed...Hang tough man...

Remember if you been working out, for every lb of fat you lose you could be gaining muscle so in lbs you might not think you have lost but i bet you have in inches. Stay positive. I have been only losing about 2 lbs a week for awhile now and aslong as it keeps coming off i don't care how long it takes. LOL

Honey, you've lost 26lbs in one month. That's nothing to shake a stick at... and like the rest of the folks said, if you're doing weights, some of it would be gaining muscle mass while losing fat... and of course, the water retention that goes along with weights. You *could* always switch to just doing cardio if you're more concerned about what you weigh instead of what you *look* like you weigh.

I've been back on for a month now and have barely lost 6 lbs! What I woudln't give to see your progress on my scale! I also have been hitting the gym like never before. Have faith in the science, don't listen to that dang scale, listen to your pants fitting you better! Believe me, the pizza restaurant was beckoning more than once in the last month. I am in ketosis and burning real fat slowly and building muscle. Don't give up! Heading to the buffet will only downward spiral you into guilt and self loathing. Have faith in your body, give it a chance to catch up with itself. What I wouldn't give to lose two pounds in one week!
