Hi everyone, i really appreciate all the kind words really i do, i told my husband what i did and he said he was just dissappointed in me but i was more worried how you all felt isnt that something, this board means a lot to me, i mean i can of course lie to you guys but then all im doing is lying to myself and i do want to change my eating habits because they suck well in the last month they havent but i know that i have a weakness when it comes to food, my whole life i overate and it caught up with me in my teenage years so im really trying to relearn how to feed my body and im not even about to lie and say this is easy because its not at least not for me, i love the atkins lifestyle and it works for me and it is the best plan for me because it helps give me control but at the same time its not always a walk in the park unfortunately. But i do love this board and i thank every last one of you who are understanding and patient not to just me but to others out there who struggle with this.
