I pray I wake up "wanting it bad" every day. That makes these days easier. It's the days I "DONT WANNA" that scare the crud out of me. THose days are the longest on the treadmill or bike or out side on the running course. Those days never seem to end....aggghhhhh.
I want it BAD ENOUGH TO PRESS THRU MY EMOTIONS... I have a picture of where I am going, and I will press onward...even tho all sorts of things aint just right in my world...
