    Whatcha cooking??


    Last night was spag sauce w/meat over spag squash. MMMM. I need to freeze the other half of my spag squash for future use. I made a huge salad with all the trimmings. The family had corn and garlic bread.. I made lil sausage in BBQ sauce too. It was great.

    problem is.. there were NO leftovers.

    So.. what to cook tonight? I have no clue!

    I bought some ground beef and ground pork, so I'm going to make either a meatloaf or meatballs tonight. With some tomato sauce, some cheese, peppers and onions. Heartburn city!

      Tonight we're having blue cheese burgers, methinks. And maybe some spiced mashed califlower. Clouds for dessert!

        I ate almost an entire rotisserie chicken! LOL.. I missed lunch!
