I wonder if anyone can help me here. I was on atkins for nearly two weeks a couple of weeks ago, but gave up because i caught a virus, and i got sick of eating the same things. I don't really like any meats at the minute(i've gone off it completely) and i'm getting really fed up of eating salad day in day out. I can have it once a day for a meal, but i think the main reason i went offtrack last time was because i was sick of eating the same foods all the time and i couldnt come up with other things to eat. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas.
I'm from UK so can't get hold of a lot of the atkins things that people in the US can
