Check in, how we doing STACers....How is it going with water, are you drinking it. 64oz to start with and then some. How about exercise, it's non-negotiable according to DANDR. How about your vitamins. Getting those in.

ARe you focused and slowly started to achieve your weightloss goals, water goals and exercise goals....
Today I am very focused on the basics. I return to them over and over usually as I visit here first thing each day. I am almost finished with my first 24oz of water. I jogged 2miles and died.... I just finished breakfast, made lunch and am focusing on the day, getting my Mom more settled back in at home. Not loosing sight of things.
I don't want to be who I was, I want to be a positive, healthy active person. I want to be that person NOT SOMEDAY, BUT TO-DAY. Literally today is all I have...every day adds up and I become more and more of who I wanted to be all along! It's all in those basics
