    Okay,

    What does everyone mean when they express their weight in stones? Is this some Atkins secret language that I don't know about?

    It is a unit of mass in the Imperial units system used "across the pond" I believe that a stone = 14 pounds = 6.35 kg. Members using this notation are generally Atkineers in the UK or Ireland.

      Yes... one stone equals fourteen pounds.
