BLT Salad- it's soooo good. Just lettuce, bacon, shredded cheese and sometimes onion. I don't even use the tomatoes. Absolutely delicious!

We are having Salmon and Asparagus, I'll probably sautee the asparagus with some sliced red peppers and garlic, and I'll probably wrap the salmon in foil along with onions, a little worcestershire, little lemon juice and some pepper and pop that into the oven (or onto the barbecue if it stops raining).

I'm having leftover NY strip steak with grilled onions, stewed tomatoes on the side.

You could have some too, and add an extra side for the family of their choice, except there's only one left in the pan.

I am taking chicken breast, with some hot salsa poured over them, and pop them in the oven, about halfway thru cooking time I will grate some mozerella cheese "spell check" and put it on top. and bake it till its just lightly browned.
            Yummy!!

In our house we had parmesan chicken which is skinless chicken thighs coated in parmesan cheese and then fried. Plus green beans and tomato for us, & also mashed potato with theirs
