I'm doing fine. Haven't lost in a week but I can tell I'm shrinking. I'm slowly adding carbs back every day to inch up to the 5 for the first rung of OWL. My hope is the added carbs will give me what I need to run again. The lower carbs of induction make my legs heavy and not want to go.
I'm taking OWL super slow as I blew it during my last Atkins success and want this time to stick!
