Woo Hoo. Here it is Day 4 of Re-induction. 5 pounds down, 35 more to go. The way I look at this is 5 of thos 14 ugly holiday pounds are now gone. Odd thing is, it isn't nearly as simple as it was last time. I'm really struggling, but surviving none the less. Drinking about 224 oz of water a day. Forcing myself. I still don't seem to have the energy I had first time around, not quite sure what that's all about. Well, next Monday is weigh day again....hoping for more. I have 2 gigs this weekend, exercise is good! But anyway...5 pounds!! Woo Hoo!

Re: 5 Pounds Gone!
Thank you so much. Hmm, maybe someone can shed some light on this energy thing. It's really bizarre, it's like all of a sudden I can't get enough sleep. Go figure. I thought it was supposed to work the other way around, but it's not the case right now!
Eat bad, stay up all night, eat good, sleep too much. Go figure!

Re: 5 Pounds Gone!
Weigh to go Scooter! As far as the energy thing, we might think we have less energy at times but it is because we are doing so much more than we used to. (does that make sense?). I used to sit around all day and be tired. Now, when I do get tired, I know I've earned it cause I'm 100% more active.Starting Date 3/12/04 285/165/145 - F

Dedication gives wings to our dreams and keeps them in flight! In One Word...COMMITTMENT.
