  • Mayonaise. . .

You know...sometimes it's the little things in life.

I went to the recipe request section last night and found where someone had posted a recipe for mayo....all the ones in the store have sugar or corn syrup or fructose...now I made my own.

I was all excited last night, I was like ....Karen (my wife) look I made mayo!!!

She just smiled at me and said, it takes so little to please you sometimes!!

    Haha....just wanted to share!

I made my own mayonaise. What's next....The world!

    LOL

Awesome! Much better than the stuff you buy in the store. It was simple to make too. Check out the recipes forum!

The recipe called for 1 teaspoon of sugar, but I used a 1/2 teaspoon of splenda and it's still sweet....next time I may leave it out all together...

I grew up on my grandmother's home made mayonnaise made with fresh eggs out of the coop. That stuff was soooooooooooooooooo good.

Cool Scooter. I'll have to try it as well. Sometimes it's the little things in life that are the most pleasing.
