    Good Morning Friends,

    Guess I'm the first one here this morning. Just wanted to say Hello, and hope all your weekends were fantastic and happy. I was bad, I didn't get out of bed and exercise this morning, the blankets were all warm and cuddly, so, I'll have to do it again tonight. All in all, I had a pretty nice weekend, hope you all did as well!

    It was hard getting out of bed this a.m....I need a vacation!

    I'm doing pretty well, drinking my water, just took my vitamins, gearing up for another Monday at school.

      Doing good but busy here, should be an interesting week, the budget is very tight, so cross your fingers that I eat good!

        I've had 64 ounces of water, my vitamins and 2 fried eggs with 1 ounce of cheese. So, off to a great start!

        I've got my exercise clothes and a plan to do some stretching, running AND weight lifting today. WOOHOO. Stretch at lunch, run after work, and lift weights after that.

          Hello all!

          Had a fabulous weekend of bowling, road trip, movies. My boyfriend and another couple want to go bowling every Sunday now. It's what I call a "better than nothing' exercise. A good supplement to sitting around on Sunday nights, at least. Just hate being around all that fried food. Ohhhh, I LOVE fried food. Need to bring snacks, must bring snacks.

          Today marks the beginning of me tightenting things up for the next two weeks. Smaller portions, fewer carbs, basic Induction foods. It was such a beautiful day in Denver yesterday (FINALLY!!!) that it really cemented my resolve to be in a nice, small 14 by summer. I just want to move a bit faster starting this month.

          I have a challenge this week--a ladies-only music night with some fabulous Denver female musicians. AND it's a potluck! So I'll bring some legal snacks for me and make sure that I don't go hungry. They're saying they want to do a Death by Chocolate theme! Oh goooood! Lucky for me chocolate isn't a huge huge temptation!

          I feel good, though. I was so off the plan by Christmas this last year that I knew these first two months would be me just getting the ball rolling, back into the saddle again. Now that I'm back into the swing of things, I feel good but I know that in order to lose at the rate that I'm comfortable with, I need to gain control of my portions.

          I have basically amended my monthly goals into two parts, two weeks at a time. Here's my goal for the next two weeks:

          Eat smaller portions, slowly. Take time to chew food and enjoy the portion.
          Reduce carb intake for two weeks, focusing on one week at a time.
          Take just one multivitamin a day until in the habit, then add more.
          Drink.
          Pilates focusing on upper body work (abs, waist, and arms!).

            Today is going good for me. I have a bit of a headache I can't seem to shake, but otherwise not too bad. I'm sitting here enjoying my peace and quiet. DH is out of town, DS is at preschool and the DDs are napping - ahhhhh it is nice!

            I'm feeling very hungry today and think it may be due to TOM.
