        I think there are some on the ADBB recipes website, and some within the foodie threads..

            Ah... damn. I only do Atkins lingo.. I never knew what they're rungs were called, I guess I just figured "rungs"!

              I think South Beach is too loose. I feel the South Beach Diet (at least what I've read) is more like Maintenance, which is scary in its self!

                Scooter, I think most of us are with you on that one. It seems to me that true carb/food addicts do have a hard time with Soutbeach. For those of us trying to break cycles, addictions, and our emotional ties to food, DANDR is just a better plan. I've been tempted to check it out a time or two, though--because I feel in control, basically, over my addiction. But my "what if I"m wrong?" fear holds me back.So I'm sticking with what I know works.
