  • Hi Everyone

    I've been super busy with so many things going on the last few weeks. My sister has been very ill and actually passed away last Friday. It's been hard dealing with losing her. But she had been sick for the past year with various things going on. One of the main things was that she was very over-weight and unhealthy. The really sad thing is that she was only 49 years old.

    But the good news is that I have been sticking with my plan. Somehow I haven't fell off the wagon. I think because I don't have foods in the house that will allow me to fall off again!

    But anyway - I restarted back on 1/23 and I am down 23 1/2 lbs!!!!! So that's a really good start I think. I do feel better and I know now more than ever how important it is to get fit and stay fit.

    Restarted January 17, 2009 @ 310.5 pounds; As of Sept 21, 2009 I am now 243 lbs!!!!!! 66.5 lbs GONE !!!!!!!!

    Hey there iPam, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Lisadallas who comes here to STAC just lost her father, and she feels a renewed desire to get herself together, I think ya'll are remarkable women! We georgia girls are you know!
    Keep up the good work, and focus! Be good to yourself in other ways.
