    Hi Everyone... I know I have been back and forth... today is it! I want 30lbs by June 15th.... I am sick of looking and feeling this way. All your suppotr is needed.

    Breakfast:

    Decaf coffee- 2splenda x-cream
    2 hard boiled eggs

    Lunch:
    undecided yet....


    Dinner:
    salad with
    lettuce,cucumber,pepper,cheese & turket tips on top
    oil/vinegar

          Leah, you go girl, focus on JUNE! Get organized, get that water in and the exercise happening...You can do it...I've been here going on my 8th month, let me tell you, YOU CAN DO IT...Today i went and bought pants...I am wearing a size 12, down from a size 22 this past August! So, it can be done, I can't wait for June, I want to be down another 10lbs by then maybe more...i want to feel good this summer, happy in my own skin! YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)
