  • Hello..........Wednesday!

    Here it is, middle of the week. I hope everybody is doing well. Myself, got a little bored last night with dinner, found myself really really hungry around 9:00 pm. Fought it off, need to spice up my variety a little more, that's for sure. I hope everybody has a wonderful day! The weekend is closer than you think!

          I'm feeling good today. I'm wearing pants that are getting loose on me, looser than they were just 2 weeks ago. The waist is at my hips!

              Hey everyone!! Great to see you all in such great spirits. Me, I exercised more today than I have since starting back on the WOE. Remember step areobics?? My body didn't and got a harsh reminder. I was bored with nothing but treadmill work so I thought I'd shake things up.

              My weight loss has slowed considerably and I haven't even been consuming more than 20g of carbs even on OWL. I figured I need to move my body more. I did the step, ran a mile, walked on incline, and abs....1 hour plus change of workout time. That better do something!!

              Time to wash the sweat off me and report to the (home) office.

              Make it a great one!!!!!!!!!
