  • What's for lunch today?

    I'm sitting at my desk, contemplating life...when all of a sudden my stomach says.....Soooooooooooooooter.......time for lunch! So I thought....I'll make another post and see what all my friends are having for their lunch.

    Mine is.....
    1 can of drained Tunafish in water
    1.5 cups of spinach leaves
    .25 mushrooms
    .25 green peppers
    1 ounce of cheese crumbles
    2 T of my homemade italian dressing
    5 Queen sized olives.....

    You know, I really really love eating this way!! Of yes...and of course, 2 - 3 red solo plastic cups full of water! Water is the Uber-Liquid...hahaha

    What is everybody else having for lunch?

    Marinated sardines ("cooked" by marinating in lemon then put under olive oil); huge salad. Flax crackers.

      Sounds good guys!! I had 2 Chicken Drummies, 2 sm. Celery stalks with a little cream cheese, 1 cup of salad greens with a few slices of cukes and some Blue Cheese dressing and of course...2 big glasses of water!

        I'm having some leftover mashed fauxtatoes (made with cauliflower), a grilled chicken breast, and 1 slice of cheddar.

            I had baked tilapia with garlic powder and seasoned salt, brussel sprouts with butter & lime juice, and roasted green beans. I'm in the mood for seafood I guess because tonight we're having pan-fried shrimp (i'm doing mine Cajun) and salad.
