Had to Re-Grocery Shop

Saturday morning the kids and I went grocery shopping well looking at my supplies has been a little discouraging...Iced Tea ( NOT SUGAR FREE ), Bagels, Jelly and all kinds of other nasties...( I did however get a few cukes and a head of lettuce ) Ive been just getting by with what I had. Last night I said enough is enough and went back and bought a whole mess of Induction Friendly goods, now is it just me or...does this stuff seem to be less $$$?? Saturday I paid about $150 on yucky crap and last night I paid about $50 and got just as much food! TaaaDaaahhh !! I never noticed that before!!

Lacey, I haven't noticed much of a difference in the grocery bill, but I'll tell you that I love grocery shopping now. And I go more often as I'm buying fresh veggies, not just boxed garbage like I used to.
It's nice to not be afraid of food anymore. And I can even walk down the candy aisle now and not even be tempted.

Ohhh the candy isle lol Jeff and I walked down it last night looking at all the easter stuff. I kept my blinders on walked right on into the meat department

just some helpful insight, most grocery stores are set up pretty close the same, as a suggestion, stick to those outside lanes, it makes life a little easier...

(psssst......when I go shopping with my wife (my wife and son are not lo-carb'rs) I follow her down the bread aisle at walmart....cinnamon raisin bread....
they should bottle that..... haha

yes, sometimes, it's easier said then done. just wanna help!
