    Good Morning Everybody,

    Well not much to say except it's Tuesday. Hope everybody completed the 20/24 yesterday. Julie, we never heard, did you win your $60 yesterday? Wishing you all a good day.

    Good morning! Scooter, where would we be without you holding the walls up around here..
    I am here and doing good this morning...I am getting ready to run, I've got my sore calf laying on a heating pad, wanting to warm it up, so I can run it...then I'll ice it.
    Been tight and sore since friday's madness workout, where I obviously over did it! Imagine that, ME over doing something...
    Tomorrow is "Date in Time #3"....(I picked 4 dates out of the year to promise myself, I'd be here, and on program and doing all the things I wanted to be doing....Tomorrow is date #3.....I am arriving keeping my promises, living a low carb lifestyle, I am active, with daily exercise and I take my suppliments and drink my water.....I have kept my promise and met my goal, ALMOST!
    If you are a newbie, set small achievable goals, don't put a weightloss number you want to see the scale reflect, put a number of days on program, or a date in time, you want to arrive at...Pick something you can achieve, make a small promise and then do it...It's very motivating...Focus on things you want to establish in your life, lifestyle and skill things...this will help you eventually maintain what you've worked so hard to achieve...It gets you in a flow of success!

      Morning remembering that weight loss is not liniar. have not lost any weight for a month . Have not gained any weight in a month, so am happy about that since starting OWL I have stabelized. Will add in some exercise and see if that gives me a little jump start. If not can always cut back on the new stuff. Hubby made this mornings coffee 1/2 and 1/2 so maybe cutting down on coffee will help. Its interesting to see what works and what doesn't. Have a GREAT DAY I am planning on it !!

          Hey all!

          Scooter, I didn't win the money! A lady who lost 1 pound won--it was a drawing, and her ticket was chosen. Sheesh! But I did do the 20/24 challenge...I ran 2 miles.

          So today is a day of rest, looking forward to that, as my muscles are feeling a bit tight and overworked. I hope all of you STACers have a good one!

              Hi STACer's!!

              I don't have much to say. It's another great day on Atkins. I feel great even though I haven't lost in a month and it's that TOM.

              It's hot as can be here and I am happy to say I fit into last years shorts with pleanty of room to spare!!

              Time to clean up the (home) office!

              Make it a great one!!!!!!!!!!!

                  Hi Everyone, back from the NASCAR race in Las Vegas. I was a very good girl foodwise and not too bad on the booze. Food at the track was a drag because everything is wrapped in a bun or something so I shared a burrito with my hubby. He let me take the steak and the onions out. To be honest I really wasnt all that hungry...must have been the beer! I drank one light beer to every bottle of water. I was peeing like a crazy woman. I must have walked at least 5 miles a day and my legs are sore. A good sore though.I may not have lost anything but I know I didn't gain.

                    Hi LuckyD! We watched that race on TV. You are lucky for being able to go!!

                    When faced with those food challenges I've been known to get a burger and use the bun as a plate!!

                      Happy tuesday, all!
                      I had to go in to work early today (7:00am), so didn't check the boards before work. Sounds like everyone has had a great day. Work was busy, so it's been easy to stay on plan for induction still. D - I am so jealous that you got to go to the race in Vegas - it was a great race.

                      I am hoping that I will be able to get into the habit of exercising regularly again - any suggestions for a good place to start? My kids are on spring break this week, so no ball games after school this week. That is making it easier to come home and cook GOOD food, and avoid the fast food junk. That's how I chose this week to start induction and get my good habits going. So far I haven't had any big cravings for anything, and that's a great thing for me .
