Hey Scooterjam! Made it! hahahahahahaI will take alot of the advice I have read so far and apply it!
I will post everyday then, MY goal for tomorrow....man this is hard to say too cause then I will know I will have to do it.
..I am going to do my push ups and sit ups; chest flys; leg lifts!I will do 3 sets of 15. I know it don't sound like much right now but to me it's HUGE!
BUT I WILL DO IT!Thanks Scooter!
