    Hey guys, I'm here, on plan, 75 ounces of water down the drain already. Brought my workout clothes for running after work and then I'm meeting my best friend and god-daughter at the fitness center to pump some iron!

    Scooter, congratullations for making the decision to do a 5K. I just did my first in February and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm now running 5 mile segments instead of 5K. Maybe I'll sign up for a 10K here soon. Must find one.

    Welcome to all you newbies. WarOnTypeII, welcome to our little "thread". Everyone here is encouraging. You DO NOT have to keep going back to day 1 with every little misstep. Trust me, you REALLY aren't making that big of mistakes...spend a little time around here, and you'll see. Don't stop now and restart on Monday either. Just keep going. You are well on your way already.

      Hope everybody had a great day!! I'm on day 3 of my re-start and things are going good so far! Enjoyed the beautiful weather here in Michigan today and went walking with my mom; also picked out and ordered my wedding invitations. Had a great time! Need to really get into drinking the water again though. I get so far into the day and I just feel really ballooned up LOL
