Ok...i have been lurking bad. I started back on induction yesterday for i think the 4th time. I broke my leg last summer (July) and i gained a
25-30 lbs. I was just released from the orthopedic at the beginning of Feb. So anyways just wanted to let ya'll know i'm back. Back to running 5 days a week and gonna loose this weight again! I know i can do it! I'm hoping to loose a little bit bfore easter so hopefully i will keep my head on straight til then.
It's just food...i gotta keep reminding myself of that. I am extremely motivated like last time and intend on doing it all this time round. I'm not gonna get comfortable at 160 and quit again!

You can hop right back on the wagon with me, cause if you'll read the stats, I was gone awhile as well. Never completely left the program, just a little slip here and there, a little denial about a few bites, and a knee surgery, and woah! Hey....look I gained 20 pounds! We can conquer AGAIN together!
