Scooter here with a quick check in and Roll Call. Did you all bring your food to work with you today? Have you entered your daily allotments into www.fitday.com. What is your exercise plan for the day? Oh yes!
Myself, sitting here at work with all my neat little packages to put in the refrigerator. Just filled the ol 74 ouncer walmart special water jug from the faithful water cooler. Just finished entering todays feast into fitday.
No exercise today. (What Scooter are you mad!!!!! No exercise!!!!!)
Yup. Playing out tonight.....Ahhhh the lights, the smell of food (all of which I can't have...but that's okay...I don't want it anyway.....), and tables full of family's and couples out for an enjoyable evening on the town, and your faithful narrator blasting out hit after hit for 4 hours. Life is good!!

by measuring by the Tablespoon and keeping track of how much I use. And I count the carbs if I use enough to count in a day. I don't have a bottle to check now, but it seemed the chocolate syrup I used had the carbs listed on it for 1/2 cup of the syrup. It was not a lot of carbs, but still they should be checked.
