    Here's my day that i have planned thus far:

    Breakfast: eggs, pat a butter, some chicken in my eggs...yummy!

    Lunch: porkchop, raw spinach, raw mushrooms, 1/2 cucumber

    LOWEST WEIGHT 160! UGH!

    Definaetly nothing spectacular..LOL ( I also eat 4 small meals)

    Bacon and eggs for breakfast...with some onions and mushrooms

    Nice cup of green salad

    Some egg salad

    And broccoli, chicken alfredo.... but no noodles
    *Dieting makes you look good with your clothes on...exercise make you look good with them off.*

      B--cottage cheese with almonds, blueberries and sliced strawberries
      L--grilled chicken breast (marinated in Italian dressing and red hot sauce), orange bell pepper slices, 1oz. mozzarella cheese
      S1--1oz. pepperjack cheese
      D--cheeseburger wrap (cheeseburger with chopped lettuce and condiments in a LC wrap), cauliflower bake, butternut puree
      S2--apple with chunky peanut butter
