I am a horrible slave to my scale. I weigh myself every morning and every night before I go to bed. And a few times in between. The numbers really bother me from time of the day to my next weigh in. How do I break myself of this? It's ridiculous! I have really been feeling like crap today because I weigh .5lb more than I did at this time yesterday. It's not gonna let me get discouraged though.
