As my title states, been here, done this. Why try again? Two reasons:
1) This WOE works. There's no doubt about it.
2) I THINK I've got why I couldn't stick with it. I THINK. So, I'm goving it a go.
Positive thought for the moment:
I said that Monday was my start day. So, just after midnight I wanted a snack. Grilled cheese? You bet!!! WAIT!!!! After midnight?!? It IS Monday!!! Tuna salad instead...mmmm.....So, I'm going to take it one day or even one minute at a time if I have to, what matters is that I'm taking it.
