  • I wish I were a loser!

I cant believe I fell off the low carb wagon twice (the low carb wagon has ridden off into the sunset), and for extended periods of time, if I hadn't, by now I would be soooo much lighter and healthier; it's depressing enough to make you comfort eat.

Anyway, I hope the STAC has room for TTA members

This time I am sticking to it!

    Welcome back to Atkins!

Glad you've decided to get back on the wagon and take control again!

Best of luck and if you need anything feel free to give a shout!

      Thank you!

How did you lose sooo much in 10mths?! thats amazing. Any pointers? did you stick rigid to the plan? The first time I was almost anal about it, the second not so much (I drank diet soda, ate the odd bar, jello etc) and still lost but obviously it led me to falling off quicker.

Hiya Joe!! Dont think of your mistakes that you have made in the past as depressing...think of them as a learning curve!! I have fallen off and been run over by the wagon quite a few times but you cant let it get you down. With every mistake we make comes a lesson learned!! I am so much smarter at this than I was when I first started and I give that credit to failure. Stick to your guns man and love this healthy lifestyle!!
