I'd post this in the Induction forum, but I think this is more of a second-timer (multi-timer?
) problem. I've lost a lot of weight in the past before I fell off the wagon- I began losing at 182. I'm having so much trouble you'd think I was new to this.
I started Induction last Wednesday (3/21) but messed up yesterday. I foolishly did not make my lunch the night before so I had to go to a lunch bar. I had some salad however 2 of the meats I got had sauces on them and I tried really hard to scrape it all off but some of it was there to stay. Last night, I also overate (all meats/fats, but still!). So, I feel like I cheated on my induction and am starting it over again.
I'll try hard to make my lunches the night before (or several nights before and freeze my food)...but what do you all do when you have a day like that? Is it better to stack up on salad and just skip meats that might possibly have sauce/seasoning on it? That's probably what I should have done.
I should be losing a few pounds being on Induction, but I only lost 1 pound so far. Pushing myself for a very STRICT, clean induction.
