So I started induction last monday for the umpteenth time. I did great all week until Sunday. Sunday I caved for ice cream of all things. I didn't use it as an excuse to go crazy with carbs or anything. I got right back on it yesterday and this time I am trying to do a very clean induction which means no diet drinks for me, which could have kept me craving sweets all week. And I am also striving to drink at least a gallon of water a day and get back to the gym once and for all. Thanks for letting me rant a little bit!
