ok, starting next monday, i'm back on Atkins. I have some previously arranged plans this week to eat at some places that don't really support the Atkins lifestyle. plus, it gives me some time to use up some of the regular food in my house.
i'm not reading DANDR right now, i'm finishing up another book at the moment, so until i get a chance to refresh myself with DANDR, let me make sure i'm good to go on the rules...
20 carbs per day, max
1 cup of brocolli (that is the veggie that i choose)
better results with whole, natural foods
8, 8oz glasses of water everyday
3 packets of splenda?
my trigger foods are definately those considered "junk" food, like candy or ice cream. for that reason alone, i want to stay away from sweetener altogether... at least for now.
anything else i'm missing? (aside from exercise)
