    got an appetite that just wont quit, been drinking water non stop but still got that nagging feeling in my stomach and its growling like crazy.
    i've already eaten alot for the day, and it's now 9.57pm and have to get some assignments done so probably wont go to bed for a while.

    my question is, late night hunger.. is legal snacking acceptable and if so what's the best filler up. i'm wishing for a mock danish right about now, but i'm thinking it's fairly heavy for so late at night? any thoughts.

    Most people would say probably not, fight it, but I am a late night guy myself, (working late - musician) and sometimes, you just gotta eat!! A mock danish would be better than a cheat. Ya know?

      yeah, i guess i'm better off having something, getting it off my mind, and getting on with what i need to instead of being consumed by thoughts of food.

        Hey there! Im a firm believer that if youre hungry...eat! I dont get home from work until 9:30-10:00 pm and I always want a snack so I have some celery or broccolli and cheese. I dont think its stalled me yet ( I dont weigh ) and I feel a lot better. Just try not to stuff yourself totally full. I think you'll sleep better too if youre not hungry.

          If you are really hungry (stomach growling), then I say "eat"!
          If it's just the urge to snack, I try having a cup of flavored tea, or at the worst, some sliced cucumber. Something that won't cause any harm.
