I low carbed in the past. I started at 150 and lost 12 pounds. At that point, I thought it would be a good idea to try to phase in the Weight Watchers program. I've gone down hill ever since. I'm back up to 147 pounds, but the thing that bothers me more than the weight is how messed up my stomach is again (just like it was before I low carbed.) I literally suffer from bloat and pains EVERY single day, virtually all day long. When I was on Atkins, my stomach felt normal for the first time in years. I just want to feel good again and I obviously never will consuming carbs.
I think my start date will be Friday since I only have low fat foods in my house and nothing to eat for this diet.
