    Good Morning STACer's,

    Another week is at end!! What a week. Well March came in like a Lion, out like a lamb. I suppose that's all good!

    Hope everybody has a wonderful weekend. I hope you all have decent weather to get out there and run, walk, kick box (Julie you still amaze me), just have fun doing it! Watch your carb intake, and maybe take time this weekend to try a new recipe or a new veggie that you've not had yet!

    Dude what time do you get up! I use to start this thing here by 5:45, but due to current circumstances it's all I can do to focus by 7. Your enthusiasm is such a gift, I hope you know that. You bring such life to this place and I come here often and just grab a whole handful. You and I have a similar energy and excitment about this way of life. We are excited, huh? It's given us back our zip and pow! We feel great about our efforts and our bodies really jive with Atkins...bottle that up and start shaking the bottle and man you and your words spray motivation and excitment everywhere.
    I am profoundly grateful FOR YOUR SPIRIT! PROFOUNDLY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR GENEROSITY. You my friend change lives! My life is enriched by your daily efforts on these boards. People cling to your strength, your faith and your lifestyle!

      Hi everyone, I finally made it here early enough to say hi. I got up at 2:22 a.m. and just ready and wide awake. I love the energy I have back again. I have a few walks planned today. It always takes us an hour longer for the drive to the city because we can't pass up the beach for a good walk like that.

        Good Morning Everyone, Just checking in on this lovely friday morning. Everything is good in my world today, my body is sore from the workout yesterday but hey that is a good thing means i worked some muscles. Today my workout is to mow my lawn, and it will be a workout lol, usually my hubby does it, but i told him i wanted to do it for my excercise, i sweat my butt off more doing that than anything, all we have is a push mower and a pretty big yard. Well im off to venture into my day, today is day 5 with good food choices, and im feeling good about it, have not weighed myself or measurd myself since monday so im keeping my promise to not weigh for the 6 wk excercise challenge. Well you all have a great day and i will check in later!!!!

            Happy Friday to all! I echo Jess's thanks to Scooter. You're an inspiration and I SO appreciate it. Another good Atkins day yesterday and look forward to seeing how I did on this second week of induction. I feel better and my clothes are starting (JUST STARTING!) to feel better. I keep reminding myself that things don't happen overnight...and to measure EVERY success.

            More water, more exercise, more RESULTS!

              I, for one, am so happy it's Friday and to start it off, I had a little woosh this morning! Making progresss. I'm having a little trouble getting enough carbs, but I'm working on it.
              I hope today is the beginning of a great weekend for everyone.

                You you are scooter, job well done!


                TGIF! should manage an early finish from work tonight seein as i did a 16 hour shift yesterday, man i hate end of month!! and certainly the end of the financial year and when it all falls together its a bummer!!

                though food is going really well, i had a craving last night for something sweet but manage to push it with some water and Jalapeno poppers, and ive managed to completely evict the DC which was a big prob for me last time! so im lookin forward to a great weekend!

                      Amen to what Jess, Hugg and Sheepie said...I come on here every morning looking for the roll call...because I know I am gonna find something in it that's gonna grab me by the seat of my pants and get my day rollin with some energy...renew my faith in myself...or just make me feel like I CAN DO THIS!!!!

                      I walked my mile yesterday...I was sooo glad I did...my spirit was willing...but my ol sore, tired body had to be talked (ok forced) into it...lol

                      I hope everyone has a most Blessed day... Keep up the Good Fight!!!

                        Hey all! Scooter and Jess are like the King and Queen of STAC, motivating everyone and ruling with a gentle iron fist.

                        I'm having a good day, I'm wearing jeans I haven't worn in YEARS. True, they're a LITTLE tight, but not obscene! Which is absolutely amazing because they are size 11s! I must have stretched them out (I've been trying them on since January) because I'm still not sure how they are actually on my body! I'm glad it's Friday...I'm tired and ready for the weekend! It's been a long week. :P

                          Okay, small fit of jealousy here! Julie, if your ticker is right, you're in the 190's and you're wearing a size 11? When I get down to the 190's I'll just be going from a size 20 to an 18. I swear when I say I have big bones, I'm not just saying it to excuse my fat. I don't know if my skeleton would fit into a size 11!!!! LOL!! WTG! Good for you!

                            Good morning all. Lisa your girls are just adorable! What sweeties. Well, I've only lost 5 pounds after my two week induction. Kind of a bummer to me, but I have found I have so much more energy. Two weeks ago I was lucky if I could walk for 15 minutes without tiring. Now, I'm walking almost an hour and don't want to quit! So, that's a pleasant surprise anyway. Plus, it feels so good to exercise once more.

                              Good Morning, All!

                              Hail to the King and Queen of STAC! (referring to Scooter and Jess, so aptly named by Julie)

                              Nice to hear everyone's positive comments this morning.

                              I rode my bicycle outdoors yesterday for 40 minutes (geared so that I never stop pedaling - no coasting for me!). Today I will walk for an hour. And I am excited that I signed up for my very first exercise challenge yesterday.

                              Let's all have a great Friday and an even greater weekend.
