Well here we go again, the first time around, I lost 35 pounds and stalled out at 215. My goal was 200 at the time. I just could not seem to lose another pound so I quit. Now back to my old weight of 235 in the buff, age might have something to do with it, pushing 72. Tried some Dr. Phil things and Sugar Busters but not consistant. Started walking everyday for 30 min or more, my knee's start revolting if I go longer.
Anyway I am back with new dedication.
