Wow. This stuff is pretty dang good.
So far I've had it raw - awesome (still have to try the flavored oils mentioned for dipping)
I made faux hash-browns - not too shabby
Cole slaw with cabbage and Jicama - sweeeeet.
This is like the next wonder-veggie ya know....
Remember Forrest Gump - Bubba talking about shrimp....
'You can boil it, broil it, saute it, eat it raw - there's BBQ Jicama, Coconut Jicama, Jicama Salad, ......'
