    Good Morning STACer's,

    I hope all is well in your world's out there. Weather here in Indiana is still cold. This is spring right? Anyway, I hope everybody has all their food and snacks together for the day. Remember to drink that water!! At least 100 oz of water daily! That's the committment.

    Also, is your exercise regime intact? Have you been following it regularly? Do you make plans for inside exercise if it's inclimate weather outside.

    Remember what our own Jicama Queen 2007 says, you can have excuses or you can have results, you can't have both, which do YOU choose??

    I'm hoping you already have an answer for that one!!

    I raise my blue walmart 74 ounce water container in a toast, here's to our most awesome Second Time Around Club members and new folks!

    Best of luck, life is good! Goals! Focus! Motivation! WE can do this, WE want to do this!

    I choose RESULTS.... Yesterday I ran twice, in 2 parks, seeking results! Yesterday I ate cleaner, more focused, seeing results....what results are you looking for????

    People trip over the numbers between their toes, the best result you could ever achieve and hold on to is committment and self control...when you stay committed to the course throughtout the day, you are going to see results! When you stay the course regardless of how you feel, how tough it is, or what ever the excuse, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS...

    Personally IF I HAVE SELF CONTROL, AND COMMITTMENT, I WILL SEE THE OTHER RESULTS...BUT IF I DON'T STICK TO THE PLAN, I WON'T SEE THE RESULTS I AM WORKING SO HARD FOR.

    I love how Joy cuts right thru the BS and crap! She makes us focus completely on doing this or NOT DOING IT~ It's the HARDEST SIMPLE OF EM ALL!

        Good morning all. I think it will be a little warmer today and the snow is starting to melt. I've got to admit, this weather has really got me down and I have not been doing any indoor exercise. I know, shame on me. I can't wait for Spring to return.

            The weather here today will be in the low 60s so we are off to an Amusement park. I can't really exercise a whole lot yet. I have MAJOR Plantar Facitis (SP?) and have even had surgery on one of my feet. I am hoping as I lose weight they get better. So even though I walk a lot at the park I have to sit between rides. Its the only way I can make it through.

            Afterr being good at that Baby shower yesterday I wanted a Whooshie so bad this morning But thats okay its coming because I am going to be GOOD at the park too!

                Scooter, bro, you just ain't right . Being as upbeat and chipper as you are at this time of the morning? I've barely got one eye wedged open so far.

                C'mon Sheepie, up 'n' at 'em. Just something anything to get the blood moving and the heart rate up. You'll feel so much better for doing it. Dig out that old Ramones album and pogo for fifteen minutes. That'll get you jump (pun intended) started.

                      Morning all,

                      It's been cold here too and we had snow last week, very unusual for spring in the Shenandoah Valley.

                      Scooter you are really good at that motovational stuff...I got my rebounder out and it is sitting in the middle of the living room, now I just have to get on it.

                      Day 4 for me, no cheating . Working on the water, had about 80 ounces yesterday, shooting for 100 today.

                      Sandy, maybe riding a few rollar coasters will bring on the desired Whooshie.

                        Hiya Sandy, glad to hear you were a success at the baby shower, those things can be brutal, I can smell the cake from here. (terrible sugar addict)

                        Must drink more water today, rings tight, and scale is back up that one pound I gain and lose gain and lose gain and lose. I feel good but would really like to drop a couple of pounds, every time I start to lose I find an item that stalls me or makes me gain a little. guess thats all part of it, learning what works and what doesn't. See you guys tonight, checking the boards in the morning and at night really helps me stay focused.

                          Scooter, we've got cruddy weather here in MT. It's just raining, and hopefully it won't switch to snow like it did last week! I'm feeling a little sore from the 4 day weekend--I really pushed it exercise-wise. So today is my day off. I have a great lunch packed, and planning on drinking my gallon+ of water.

                            Okay, I'm a little embarassed that you guys used me as an example this morning. Yikes.

                            Anyway, it was raining yesterday and I used that as my EXCUSE for not exercising. This morning, trust me, all I have are excuses, because I certainly DO NOT have results.

                            So, today I'm going to HONOR the committments I'm making to MYSELF of good eating, water and exercise.

                              I'm IN. Allergies were my excuse for not exercising yesterday, but my sinus cavity felt like the French countryside during WWI.
