    Had a crappy weekend and really annoyed at myself, but i am back on track and it will be a very long time til i fall off again, ive felt like sh*t! bloated, constipation, stomach pains, headaches... blahhhhh.... and to think i lived my every day like that before atkins!

        Morning all. Crappy day here, but I'm looking forward to sunny Key West beginning Saturday. I'm already there in my head...can barely sit still at work!

        Packed my breakfast and lunch and will do my regular walk today. Feel good, motivated and strong.

        BTW, congrats on surviving the shower, Sandy. That's BIG.

          Good morning everybody! I am in an incredibly good mood. It's nice to see everybody pop in here and support one another.

          I live in Pennsylvania, and it is down right chilly here. I am so ready for some warm weather.

          I started my day out right by exercising and taking my supplements. I'm ready to face and take on the day.

            Okay, I did 10 jumping jacks in the ladies room at work! LOL! If I drink enough water and increase to 20, I should be able to do 100. It might not be much, but it's something and it makes me smile because it's so silly.

              Good afternoon all! Long day of classes for me, so my exercise today is stairs and walking around campus. I have a really great day yesterday and am having a great one today so far. Actually had something for breakfast before school this morning so I'm not that hungry at all! After dinner last night, I only had 11 carbs for the day, so instead of leaving it that way like I usually do, i had a snack of celery and peanut butter which was fabulous! Keep reminding myself to eat and get my veggies in instead of aiming for the lowest amount of carbs I can eat---I'm learning, slowly but surely, thanks to all of you guys!!

                Just wanted to check in for today! This is my second day on induction and as you all know I am definately withdrawing...although I have been having these symptons and cravings I have been thinking about the end outcome.

                I just plan to wow the socks off my doctor and nurse for my 6 weeks check-up! Everyone keep up the good work.
