Happy little Dh update

    Happy little Dh update

    I know my dh doesn't post here, but I wanted to update on his progress anyway. We both restarted Atkins at about the same time and he's lost 19+ pounds so far. He just flew to a conference and he called to tell me that when he flew there, he didn't need a seat belt extention. He was so excited. I know he would get embarrassed asking for the extention and this time he didn't need it! He's so happy about it!

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
