      Interesting's not exactly the word I'd use for it... I still have 29lbs to go and I'm wearing the smallest size clothes I own... I'm scared for my bank account *and* retirement fund.

          I was in the military for 20 years so exercise was part of my job and I LOVED to run. I injured my knees 2 years before retiring in 97 and had to stop running. Needless to say that's when the weight started coming on...

          Since being on the program I have started doing my elliptical which I just purchased from a friend and WoW...so easy on my joints... I do 1 hour 6 times a week and I also joined a Power Yoga class that I do once a week and I love it...what a flipping work out...I would have never thought I could sweat doing Yoga...

          It's great that you are getting motivated...join the challenges...they drive me to be accountable and I just love to jump on the computer and report what I've done for the day and see what others have done....

          I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE SOOOOO MUCH!!!
          Big hugs and good for you for getting up and doing it!!!
          One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.

            We are about the same height --- I am around 170 and a size 12/14. I know body shape makes a big difference, but exercise really, really helps!
