Well, I just finished my third week on Atkins. I lost 2.4 pounds this week for a grand total of 11.4 pounds. Not as much as I lost the first couple weeks, but still respectable, I think.
I had a little bit of a bump on Easter where I cheated a little, but since then have been back on the straight and narrow. Better still, I started exercising again last week and did 5 - 1 hour sessions on my elliptical machine. Today I am also beginning 20 minutes of Pilates. My goal for this week is to do 5-7 days of Pilates and 5-7 days of the elliptical.
