        Good Morning, All...

        Just getting ready to go for a walk. I was playing with the idea of blowing it off, but how could I after coming to the board and soaking up some of y'all's energy? Thanks for that!

        Scooter... sometimes on the weekend when I'm watching everyone else engorge themselves with carbs, I like to have a Diet Cherry Coke - makes me feel like I am endulging, too. Which Diet Coke has Splenda? I thought it was Coke Zero, and I was excited to see that there is a Cherry Coke Zero. However, upon checking the ingredients, I see that it has the exact same ingredients as the regular Diet Cherry Coke (aspartame). Enlighten me!

          I don't know about the cherry flavor, but the dh drinks diet coke with splenda, regular cola flavor. It says 'with splenda' on the box. Not all grocery stores carry it, but if you ask I am sure they would order some for you.

            So it is just Diet Coke with "with Splenda" on the box? It's not Coke Zero? I don't know where I got the idea that it was Coke Zero that was flavored with Splenda.

              My gym has a Boot Camp class that I go to every Monday. It's a workout! We do a lot of stuff with weights, a lot of interval training, sometimes we do step aerobics type stuff with weights, other days we do circuit training.

                Hi everybody! I weighed this morning and I am 131...started at 136...goal 120...day 5 of induction. I need to ad all that to my siggy and get one of them nifty little ticker counters. I did a lot of yard work yesterday and have not had shakes in two days. Planning to hit curves later this afternoon when I take my ebay stuff to the post office…then it will back for at least 20 mins on the treadmill…that is the plan anyway! I am also going to start today trying a few recipes. I am not a great cook but some look pretty easy.

                    Now that sounds great! Bet that helped you develop a lot of muscle. Have you been doing it very long?
