I weaned myself off my diet pepsi addiction slowly this time around..before I even started I cut myself down to one bottle a day at work, and a cup at dinner time (coming off of 3+bottles/day)..then I would only have 1 cup every other day. Well over the weekend I went to have a cup (after 2 days of none), and it tasted horrible, sooo sweet, I dumped it out. I've kicked it completely! Feels great!
